Coconut Oil is everywhere. It’s in the news, fully stocked at the grocery store, and in blog posts like this one because it’s just THAT GOOD.
So exactly what IS coconut oil?
Coconut Oil is the oil harvested from the “meat” of a coconut. It is edible, but has many other uses besides eating it. (If you’ve tasted it, it doesn’t taste like a pina colada or coconut water. It has a very mild taste. )

How to do a Coconut Hair Mask:
Ingredients: 2-4 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
Massage the Coconut Oil into your hair focusing on the ends.
Leave it on for 30-60 minutes. (For a deep conditioning treatment, leave it on overnight covering your hair to protect your pillow.)
Shampoo your hair. Rinse thoroughly. You shouldn’t need any additional conditioner!
